How does Tendeliver verify artisans?
Every artisan on Tendeliver undergoes government-issued identity verification (NIN, Driver's License, or Voter's Card), trade background screening, and past work review. Only artisans who clear our verification standards receive a verified badge.
How does digital escrow protect my money?
When you hire an artisan, your payment is held in escrow rather than sent directly to the vendor. The funds remain protected until the artisan completes the job and you inspect the work. Once you sign off, the escrow funds are released.
What happens if the artisan does not show up or does a poor job?
Because your payment is held in escrow, the artisan cannot collect funds without your approval. If an artisan fails to show up or delivers incomplete work, you can flag a dispute directly from your job dashboard. Our resolution desk reviews the case and will dispatch an alternative vendor or refund your escrow payment.
How do I pay for materials needed for a repair?
Artisans can submit an itemized material estimate through the app before purchasing supplies. You review and approve the material invoice inside the platform to maintain full receipt transparency.

How do I join Tendeliver as a service provider?
Click "Become a Vendor" and complete the simple registration form with your business name, primary trade, and phone number. Our onboarding desk will contact you to verify your identity and help set up your trade profile.
When and how do I receive payouts?
Payouts are transferred directly to your registered Nigerian bank account immediately after the customer confirms project completion. There are no arbitrary holding periods once the sign-off is completed.
Does Tendeliver charge an upfront registration fee?
No. Signing up and getting verified on Tendeliver is completely free. Tendeliver only deducts a modest platform service fee when you successfully complete a paid job.
