How Tendeliver started
Tendeliver began in 2024 after an air conditioning breakdown and burst pipe in Ikeja turned into three days of calling unverified numbers, endless price haggling, and being sold fake compressor parts in the local market by an artisan who disappeared before finishing the job.
Standing in that ruined hallway, it became painfully clear that Nigeria's hardest-working craftspeople and customers were separated by a massive trust gap. Customers weren't unreasonable — they simply wanted reliable, safe service and genuine parts. And honest artisans weren't greedy — they lacked a digital marketplace to prove their credibility and access genuine materials.
We set out to build the unified solution: a transparent platform connecting vetted artisans with anyone who needs them, integrated with a verified marketplace to buy authentic parts and appliances — all backed by escrow security.
