Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Tendeliver website, mobile applications, and artisan marketplace services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, registering for, downloading, or using the Tendeliver platform (operated by Tendeliver Technologies Ltd.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms stated herein, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. The Tendeliver Platform

Tendeliver operates an online platform that enables customers to discover, hire, communicate with, and pay independent verified artisans, service providers, and vendors across Nigeria. Tendeliver is not an employer of independent artisans; vendors are independent contractors who provide trades and craftsmanship directly to clients.

3. Accounts & Verification

To book services or offer trade services on Tendeliver, users must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and verifiable information during registration.

Artisans must submit valid government-issued identification (such as NIN, Driver's License, or Voter's Card) and undergo our background vetting procedures. Failure to maintain genuine profile information will result in immediate termination of account privileges.

4. Bookings & Digital Escrow Protection

To protect both customers and vendors, payments for services booked through Tendeliver are processed through digital escrow. When a customer confirms a booking, the payment is held securely in escrow.

Funds are only disbursed to the artisan once the customer inspects the completed job and confirms completion through the platform. Artisans are guaranteed payment once the milestone or final sign-off is completed by the customer.

5. Artisan & Vendor Standards

Vendors agree to provide professional, diligent, and honest workmanship. Artisans must adhere to agreed appointments, transparent pricing estimates, and safety regulations. Tendeliver reserves the right to suspend or remove any artisan who fails to meet quality standards or receives consistent negative performance reports.

6. Cancellations, Disputes & Refunds

If a customer or vendor needs to cancel an appointment, they must do so through the app with reasonable advance notice. If an artisan fails to arrive for a scheduled engagement without communication, the customer is entitled to a full refund of their escrow payment.

In the event of a dispute regarding job quality or incomplete work, either party may escalate the issue to the Tendeliver Resolution Desk. Our team investigates the submitted photo and message evidence to reach an equitable resolution, which may include partial release, re-assignment of work, or full refund.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users of Tendeliver shall not:

  • Circumvent platform escrow payments by soliciting or demanding offline cash payments.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent qualifications or credentials.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse customers, service providers, or Tendeliver staff.
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions or tamper with review and rating mechanisms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Nigerian law, Tendeliver shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from off-platform agreements or third-party service provider conduct outside our platform terms and verification protocols.
